The Admissions Department at Pembroke Hospital is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide immediate assistance to individuals seeking treatment, family members and referral sources. We are always ready to answer questions about our inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.
The staff in the Admissions Department can also discuss insurance information, affordable transportation options and aftercare community resources. Clinical professionals can make direct referrals by completing this online referral form.

We ask that valuables be sent home with family or friends whenever possible. If that cannot be done, we can keep them in a locked area until discharge. The hospital is not responsible for lost valuables and money. We have cubbies where items such as makeup and perfume can be kept.
